In 2021, Vendia recruited me to establish and lead a dynamic design team, charged with transforming the product from a developer-centric interface to an intuitive, no-code experience.
Comprising both in-house designers and contractors with expertise in product, graphic, visual, motion, and video design, my team has been instrumental in executing numerous large-scale initiatives. These include comprehensive projects such as brand redesign, product overhaul, design system implementation, and the development of extensive design documentation and resource toolkits benefiting the entire organization.
A standout accomplishment involves orchestrating a company-wide pivot towards an AI LLM-based experience. This transformative shift empowers business users of all proficiencies to harness the full potential of Vendia within the products they frequently engage with, significantly enhancing accessibility and usability.
